About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Key Account Manager to join our team at MacGregor Black. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of brands and their top listings on online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and develop a portfolio of brands and their top listings on online marketplaces.
  • Monitor day-to-day rate of sale and PPM to keep in line with budgets.
  • Own an account/category within SDA or CW and be responsible for quarterly commercial planning cycles.
  • Work closely with the eCommerce Directors to deliver agreed sales, margin, and performance KPIs.
  • Use a data-driven approach to draw insight and make recommendations to internal team members to drive account performance and implement various strategic objectives.
  • Continual UX adjustments/AB testing to drive conversion.
  • Proven track record working within a sales environment and results-driven.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of managing online marketplaces.
  • Financial acumen: a good understanding of P&L management is necessary.
  • Results-driven with a focus on delivering sales, margin, and performance KPIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
