Job Summary:

Macgregor Black is seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of brands and their top listings on online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute quarterly commercial plans to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce Directors to deliver agreed sales, margin, and performance KPIs.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive account performance.
  • Implement UX adjustments and AB testing to optimize conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and develop influential partnerships.
  • Work cross-functionally to drive supply chain improvements and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales environment, with a focus on e-commerce and online marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to share insights and lessons learned.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial acumen and ability to manage P&L.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
