About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Executive to join our team at Mi Hub Limited. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Ecommerce business through effective trading strategies and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trading Strategy Development: Develop and implement a trading strategy to grow the Ecommerce business for the Ready to Wear category in line with overall business objectives.
  • Digital Marketing Management: Manage and implement digital marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives online, ensuring activity is consistent and effective across paid and owned channels.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyse and report on trading and digital marketing performance, evaluate activity that has been implemented, identify issues and opportunities, and propose actions to drive growth in the appropriate areas.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with internal and external stakeholders, providing information and insights to influence decision making where appropriate.
  • Product and Content Management: Ensure product and content is up to date on the website, accessible, and optimised for conversion and SEO.
Requirements
  • Commercial Experience: A background in Ecommerce and digital marketing is essential (ideally a minimum of 3-4 years experience gained in a similar position).
  • Education: University level qualification (or equivalent) within business and/or marketing.
  • Skills: Outstanding written English, strong analytical skills, ability to work with complex sets of data, extensive Excel and Google Analytics knowledge.
  • Personal Qualities: Exceptional communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, strong presentation and public speaking skills, high levels of attention to detail, and proven organisational skills.
