About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Key Account Manager to join our team at MacGregor Black. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of brands and their top listings on online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute quarterly commercial plans to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with our eCommerce Directors to deliver agreed sales, margin, and performance KPIs
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and make recommendations to drive account performance and implement strategic objectives
  • Conduct UX adjustments and AB testing to optimize conversion rates and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and develop influential partnerships
  • Work cross-functionally to drive change and improve supply chain efficiency
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a sales environment, with a focus on ecommerce and digital sales
  • Experience working with consumer electronics or housewares brands is preferred but not essential
  • High-level analytical skills and ability to share insights and lessons
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic environment
  • Financial acumen and understanding of P&L management
  • Ability to build and lead external customer and internal cross-functional relationships
  • Familiarity with ecommerce and digital marketing trends
