Cyber Security Lead

Position Overview
We are seeking a Cyber Security Lead to play a pivotal role in enhancing our organization's cyber resilience. This position is integral to our mission of ensuring safe care and fostering public trust within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate collaboration across various teams, including Engineering, Service Operations, Protective Monitoring, Threat Operations, and Incident Management.
- Develop and execute threat modeling services tailored for our Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC).
- Provide expert technical guidance in the design, configuration, and operation of defensive cyber capabilities and infrastructure, including cloud solutions.
- Engage in complex incident management and investigations, addressing large-scale incidents affecting the healthcare landscape.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of technical design principles and produce supporting documentation.
- Identify and implement enhancements within the CSOC, focusing on inter-team activities that elevate protective monitoring services.
- Offer specialized knowledge across a broad spectrum of cyber security domains related to Engineering, Protective Monitoring, Threat Operations, and Incident Management.
Essential Qualifications
- Extensive expertise in Information Security Management, encompassing processes, tools, and techniques.
- In-depth understanding of information security technologies and solutions.
- Proficient knowledge of Information Security Operation Centre (ISOC) modules and processes.
- Comprehensive grasp of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) concepts and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience with intrusion detection and prevention methodologies.
- Proficient in threat hunting techniques and processes.
- Highly skilled in Endpoint Security, with the ability to proactively query security platforms and create effective detections.
