Job Title: Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team at Next Chapter Recruitment. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

The Role
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Research and identify top influencers in the industry to partner with and collaborate on content creation.
  • Manage the annual influencer budget and marketing calendar to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with our content team and external agencies to bring influencers on-site for content creation and identify new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the social media lead in copywriting, community engagement, and content planning to ensure a cohesive brand message.
  • Identify opportunities to boost brand awareness and contribute to content ideation to drive engagement.
  • Work with creators to deliver engaging content across social media channels and measure campaign success.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Demonstrate a track record of success in delivering impactful influencer campaigns and collaborations.
  • Have a strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in influencer marketing.
  • Be a highly motivated team player with excellent communication and project management skills.
