Key Responsibilities:

The Influencer Marketing Lead will oversee the local marketing team’s efforts across our influencer performance channels, with a specific emphasis on customer acquisition through platforms like Instagram and YouTube. This role involves the daily management of organic influencer campaigns, analyzing influencer performance, and ensuring the channel scales effectively while maintaining a robust ROI to meet ambitious growth targets.

Campaign Management:

  • Directly booking talents and coordinating with our agency to ensure effective content delivery while reviewing performance on a daily basis.
  • Managing agency performance and negotiating rates to ensure alignment with core performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with global and legal teams to secure strong commercial agreements for top-tier talents within your channel.
  • Developing testing roadmaps and keeping local and global teams informed of progress.
  • Crafting unique briefs for large-scale influencer campaigns.
  • Serving as the primary contact for the brand team to ensure brand and product messages are communicated in accordance with our guidelines.
  • Identifying new growth opportunities within the influencer marketing landscape across both paid and organic channels.

Strategy, Budget Management & Performance:

  • Contributing to the annual marketing planning and budgeting while assisting in the development of a clearly defined influencer marketing strategy.
  • Supporting our marketing strategy by gathering insights through both quantitative and qualitative analyses of market trends, creative evaluations, and channel analytics.
  • Continuously innovating our testing pipeline to optimize performance KPIs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in Influencer Marketing is essential.
  • Strong background in performance marketing.
  • A passion for discovering and unlocking new growth opportunities.
  • Experience in external/partner communications with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and performance-driven with the capability to manage multiple active campaigns.
  • An analytical mindset when making decisions and proposing new strategies.
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, confident in working independently and delivering presentations internally.
  • A strong team player, recognizing that collaboration is key to success.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting data in an accessible manner to various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in data reporting and analysis, with strong experience in Google Sheets.
