Job Summary:

Estée Lauder Companies is a leading global beauty company that operates a network of retail stores across the UK. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our stores.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong understanding of retail operations, and the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day operation of the store
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization
  • Manage cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a unique and inspirational in-store experience for customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures
  • Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of retail operations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
