About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at our flagship store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants and supervisors to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants and supervisors to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the regional sales manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth
