Flagship Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail leader to join our team as a Flagship Store Manager at our Meadowhall Arcade location.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience. You will be the brand ambassador for Pandora in the store, responsible for driving commercial success and ensuring the store's overall performance meets the company's expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the in-store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability in the store.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and a positive in-store experience.
  • Manage and maintain a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a high-performing store environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to drive sales and profitability in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
