About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our Wholesale Finance team at Kurt Geiger. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the financial performance of our wholesale business, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flows, and to analyze the financial impact of business decisions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and to provide financial insights to support business decisions.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 24 months of accounting experience in a similar management accounts role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Skills: Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
