Pareto Facilities Management is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, managing day-to-day operations, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management
- Manage and develop key stakeholder relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including financial performance, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Manage and develop direct reports, providing coaching and guidance to ensure team success.
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Service Delivery
- Lead the operational and strategic delivery of facilities management contracts.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and Pareto FM teams.
- People Management
- Line manage a defined team of direct reports.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clear expectations and goals.
- Client Liaison
- Be the key client contact point for all issues.
- Provide regular formal and informal client communication.
Essential Criteria
- Suitable, recent, and relevant FM experience (typically 7+ years).
- A IWFM qualification (or similar) level 5 or above.
- A minimum of IOSH Managing Safely qualified or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of FM service delivery across all services lines.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong IT skills.
- Ability to manage own workload and work on own initiative.
- Ability to work in, and adapt to, a rapidly changing environment.
- Comfortable challenging poor standards or behavior and implementing change.
- Ability to work co-operatively with others to complete tasks and implement process improvements.
