Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Support Officer. As a key member of our Customer Services department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our billing system and CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain all system tables and parameters to ensure configuration is valid and accurate.
- Accurately bill customers and post cash using the overnight batch function, including balancing and reporting of core system updates.
- Identify billing errors and implement preventative actions to improve efficiency and customer perception.
- Support Customer Services daily by responding to customer inquiries regarding the billing system and My Account.
- Work with all members of the Business Intelligence and Customer Services teams to ensure other specialists are involved and supported throughout the improvement and implementation process.
- Ensure that all work complies with regulatory and industry standards and that developments and recommendations align with the company strategy.
- Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of Customer Service work practices and policies, enabling the provision of advice and support to colleagues.
Requirements:
- A full understanding of both the billing system and CRM.
- Solid general IT skills, including Word and Excel.
