**Job Summary:**
KHR - Recruitment Specialists is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and retaining key accounts, generating new business opportunities, and developing existing business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and retain key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain existing year-on-year sponsorship agreements with key clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market knowledge.
- Represent the company at trade events, conferences, and exhibitions, showcasing our expertise and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Travel across the UK and internationally, attending events and exhibitions to expand our network and build new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of account management and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Extensive knowledge of the publishing and events industry, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
