As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of financial controls and reporting across the business. Key Responsibilities
  • \t
  • Ensure key controls are operating effectively across our finance processes, particularly the integrity of our ERP (Chorus) reporting and reconciliations across our system landscape. \t
  • Support the month-end close process, ensuring results are delivered in line with agreed timeframes and the process is well controlled and efficient, including submission of financial reporting to Sysco Group. \t
  • Ownership and review of the month-end intercompany accounting. \t
  • Own the balance sheet monthly reconciliation and review process. \t
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the chart of accounts, including the correct set up of new GL accounts as well as month-end timetable and ledger controls. \t
  • Support the external and internal audit processes, ensuring work is delivered on a timely basis. \t
  • Support the implementation of business simplification and continuous improvement of the financial control environment. \t
  • Support the wider finance team with cross-functional projects to deliver systems and process improvements, ensuring a robust platform for the future. \
