Our client, a prominent and award-winning organization, is seeking a Lead Administrative Coordinator to provide support within a small, well-established, and friendly team on a fixed-term contract.

COMPENSATION:
£30,000 - £32,000

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Transferring sales orders onto spreadsheets to aid in stock management and customer service.
  • Maintaining spreadsheets throughout the order process to ensure accurate data for stock management and customer service.
  • Liaising with third-party logistics providers to communicate customer delivery needs, stock movements, and inbound deliveries.
  • Acting as a liaison for suppliers to expedite and prioritize orders.
  • Processing stock movement instructions between logistics providers to meet customer needs and optimize transport expenses.
  • Maintaining and updating end-of-life and excess items through the inventory disposal process.
  • Providing reports on supply chain operations as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supporting sustainability initiatives.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet applications.
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity, ideally within logistics or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with stock management and supply chain processes is advantageous.
