Are you a skilled Support Analyst or Software Support Consultant looking for a fully remote role with a leading Pegasus Partner? **Job Summary**

As a Pegasus Opera Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients using Pegasus Opera 3, Pegasus Opera II, Pegasus CIS, Capital Gold, and XRL. You will work closely with our clients to resolve their software queries and accounting/technical problems, provide training recommendations, and suggest better practices to improve their business.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide timely and effective support to clients using Pegasus Opera software
* Troubleshoot and resolve software queries and accounting/technical problems
* Collaborate with clients to identify training needs and provide recommendations
* Develop and maintain user documentation and knowledge base articles
* Participate in report building, data export, software upgrades, and other projects as needed

**Requirements**

* 2+ years of experience in software support or a related field
* Strong knowledge of Pegasus Opera software and its applications
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
* Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional support
