Job Title: Cleaning Operations Supervisor

FES FM Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our school premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning operations team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure efficient use of resources and effective cleaning practices.
  • Monitor and control cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize waste.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication with clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry, preferably in a PPP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning practices, procedures, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing demands.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
