About the Role

We're seeking a friendly and helpful individual to join our team in our Banbury branch. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a vital role in supporting a diverse range of customers in a welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate will be at ease with people, able to provide excellent customer service, and possess strong communication skills. You'll be responsible for finding solutions for customers, staying up-to-date with our services and policies, and managing administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Managing cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals
