Your Role at Prestige:
We seek an energetic Care Planner with robust planning and scheduling expertise, complemented by a flexible, enthusiastic, and proactive mindset to join our Banbury & Bracknell team.

The Care Planner's primary responsibility is to advocate for Prestige Nursing & Care while ensuring that the deployment of nursing and care resources is optimized and aligned with client needs, adhering to established quality, compliance, and safety standards.
Success Metrics for this Role:
- Achievement of member utilization targets
- Efficient shift scheduling, ensuring all clients are matched with appropriate caregivers
- Identification of business growth opportunities
- Development of strong relationships with caregivers
- Meeting business KPIs
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure member utilization targets are met
- Evaluate branch performance against weekly and monthly benchmarks
- Analyze trends to forecast future needs
- Maintain agreed schedules within set targets
- Keep accurate records
- Provide comprehensive scheduling information to all members
- Identify trends and concerns related to absences
- Enhance satisfaction levels and rates
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and caregivers
- Collaborate effectively with the Branch Manager to resolve scheduling conflicts
- Discover new business opportunities
- Ensure effective staff placement to meet client requirements
- Prepare reports as needed
- Participate in on-call duties as scheduled
- While primarily branch-based, some travel to other branches/sites may be necessary to fulfill business needs.
General Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily team responsibilities as needed
- Champion internal customer service
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks as directed by your manager
