We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to support the delivery of our Educational Psychotherapy course at our training venue. As a Course Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our training events, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Front of house management, including meeting and greeting students and staff
- Representing the Caspari Foundation in a professional and welcoming manner
- Supporting the Course Director with setup and cleanup of teaching rooms and refreshments
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including filing, updating attendance registers, and managing library loans and catalogue
- Setting up IT resources for training events and managing equipment and software
- Creating engaging content for social media to promote our courses and services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a small business or charity setting
- Knowledge of online communication platforms, including Zoom, Eventbrite, Google Suite, and Microsoft 365
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
As a Course Assistant with the Caspari Foundation, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, dedicated to improving the lives of children through Educational Psychotherapy. You will be part of a small team, working closely with the Course Director and other staff members to deliver high-quality training events and services.
