Job Title: Business Development Representative

Location: Glasgow/ Hybrid

Salary: £25,000-£30,000 Basic, £50,000 OTE


Position Overview:

  • Engage in identifying and targeting new potential clients across various regions including the UK, US, and Europe.
  • Work in conjunction with the data analytics team to create focused contact lists.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile detailed addressable market lists to enhance outreach efforts.
  • Assess and qualify potential sales leads to ensure alignment with company offerings.
  • Oversee the management of the prospecting list within the internal CRM platform.
  • Deliver regular updates and detailed reports as required by management.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Business Development or Tele-sales roles.
  • Demonstrated success in Sales Prospecting with measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to convert insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in engaging with C-level executives and collaborating with large organizations.
