Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Service Support Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Communicate with customers to provide updates on the status of their issues and to ensure that they are satisfied with the resolution.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, and Spares, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B or SME environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of SAP and/or CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
