About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to join our team at Acosta Europe. As an Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting our Account Manager - Meta and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data, including report checking and data entry into client trackers.
  • Ensure master data is accurate and up-to-date, adhering to standard processes.
  • Support with loading scripts and communicating updates to users.
  • Manage call files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Complete basic reporting and analysis, using tools such as vlookups.
  • Support the Account Briefing Process, producing activity briefs and visual aids.
  • Contribute to New Business Projects and Client Review Presentations, analyzing operational information and building presentations.
  • Manage financials, including fuel reconciliation, expenses, and credit card reconciliations.
  • Participate in strategic direction and propose new ways of working for current processes.
