The @one Alliance is a collaborative organization made up of eight partner companies (Anglian Water, Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska and SWECO). We deliver over half of Anglian Water's capital investment programme.
We are gearing up for AMP8, our most exciting and challenging Asset Management Period yet. This will see us deliver a programme of work larger than ever before, focusing on nature-based solutions like wetlands and urban drainage schemes.

Your Role: Water Recycling Design LeadAs our new Water Recycling Design Lead, you will be fully responsible for all aspects of design for assigned projects, including managing resource and engineering outputs. You'll ensure technical outputs meet the requirements and manage CDM principal designer duties.
You will oversee the TOTEX delivery process, meeting project affordability within agreed timescales while providing technical support during assembly.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a primary focus on delegated Principal Designer responsibilities for all work in your portfolio. This includes external design companies we engage with for this programme.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and designs are aligned with overall objectives.
- Oversee the development and implementation of detailed design plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage a team of designers and engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced design professional with a strong understanding of water recycling systems. You will have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
