Civil Asset Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Asset Engineer to lead our team in delivering a range of projects across the water industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all civil design deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Design Review and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Principal Engineers, Design Managers, and Technical Managers to review and approve civil design deliverables, ensuring they meet the required standards and regulations.
- Project Coordination: Liaise with project teams, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure that design requirements are met, and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality designs.
- Process Improvement: Work with the Anglian Water and @one Alliance Innovations team to develop and implement new technologies and processes that support the company's carbon reduction targets.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a proven track record of experience in the water industry. You will also need to demonstrate strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
