About the Role:

McCarthy Stone is seeking a highly organized and proactive part-time Administrator to play a vital role in our development at Henley on Thames. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our residents, colleagues, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors to the Estate office and ensuring a high level of service is provided.
  • Managing incoming calls and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Producing accurate and timely letters and correspondence.
  • Coordinating lunch bookings and ensuring they are passed to the Catering Manager.
  • Assisting with the Domestic Assistance Rota in conjunction with the Registered Estates Manager.
  • Coordinating and distributing our monthly newsletter and updating the bulletin board.
  • Organizing bookings of the Guest Suite and ensuring it is prepared for the next guests.
  • Providing administrative support to the Estates Manager.

Requirements:

  • A caring and friendly personality with a desire to make a positive impact on our residents' lives.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or customer service is desirable, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
  • Ability to be considerate, patient, and professional in a busy office environment.
  • Clear and confident communication skills and experience of using Microsoft Office.
  • A hardworking and diligent nature with a strong sense of timekeeping.
