Goldsmith & Sales Specialist
  • Execute jewelry repair work and manufacturing, ranging from routine tasks to high-end custom designs.
  • Engage with clients, discuss design concepts, and provide expert guidance throughout the sales process.
Sales & Workshop Coordinator
  • Share your in-depth knowledge of our products, assisting customers in selecting fine stock pieces that meet their needs.
  • Manage commission bookings, repair requests, complex restorations, scrap inquiries, and valuations.
  • Provide comprehensive advice to clients through various channels, including in-person consultations, phone calls, and email correspondence.
  • Maintain the boutique's pristine environment, ensuring all products are displayed impeccably and replenished as needed.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the workshop by coordinating tasks and supporting the Goldsmith team.
