We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at The Administration Hub. As a key member of our boutique investment team, you will play a vital role in administering aspects of our back office and organization, providing essential support in financial operations, and contributing to management decisions regarding day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
- Prepare and review invoices, monitor work in progress, and manage outstanding payments to ensure timely and efficient financial transactions.
- Handle and prepare online filings with regulatory authorities on behalf of the company.
- Complete quarterly VAT returns and assist in year-end accounting tasks to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Liaise with management and perform tasks oriented towards company operations, including administrative support and coordination.
- Assist with Company Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to ensure a secure and compliant financial environment.
- Support Company Secretarial Matters related to our group of companies, including corporate governance and compliance.
- Monitor and liaise with external solicitors executing, registering, or releasing securities on behalf of the company.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Financial Administrator, High Street or Retail Banker, or a similar role with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for report production and formula creation.
- Experience in preparing and handling client accounts, with a good track record and references.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £45,000.00 per year
