Coordinador de Ingeniería Civil

Tareas Clave:

General:

  • Responsable del paquete de trabajo de ingeniería civil.
  • Punto de contacto principal con los proveedores del paquete.
  • Actualizar al Gerente de Proyecto de Ingeniería semanalmente.
  • Actualizar informes de estado mensuales.
  • Asistir a reuniones presenciales y visitas al sitio según sea necesario.
  • Presidir reuniones de trabajo del paquete, asegurando que se capturen y cierren las acciones.
  • Asegurar que la documentación del proyecto esté almacenada en la carpeta del proyecto según la estructura de archivos.
  • Coordinar con departamentos internos (Operaciones, Técnico, Ambiental, Riesgo y Cumplimiento, etc.).
  • Colaborar y proporcionar información relevante a consultores externos según sea necesario.
  • Trabajar junto a otros líderes de paquetes para coordinar la entrega del proyecto.

Salud y Seguridad

  • Priorizar la salud y seguridad durante las fases de diseño e implementación.
  • Asegurar que los proveedores proporcionen información para actualizar las estadísticas de salud y seguridad de ingeniería.
  • Asistir y apoyar HAZOP, HAZDEM, etc.
  • Contribuir y liderar con el ejemplo en la estrategia general de salud y seguridad del proyecto.
  • Realizar auditorías de salud y seguridad.
  • Asegurar que el Contratista Principal realice auditorías de terceros.

Diseño

  • Apoyar el desarrollo del diseño conceptual de alto nivel.
  • Revisar, comentar y verificar el diseño del consultor de acuerdo con los requisitos del proyecto.
  • Asegurar que el diseño cumpla con los estándares de GRMS del Cliente.
  • Asegurar una excelente coordinación entre los equipos de consultores y otros proveedores del paquete.
  • Revisar el diseño con el equipo de salud y seguridad y cumplimiento.
  • Asistir con la validación del proyecto para el paquete específico.
  • Rastrear y asegurar que los consentimientos estatutarios necesarios estén en su lugar.

Costo

  • Acordar el presupuesto para el paquete de ingeniería civil.
  • Gestionar el presupuesto del paquete y actualizarlo mensualmente.
  • Emitir órdenes de compra a proveedores.
  • Gestionar las órdenes de compra de proveedores.
  • Proporcionar flujo de caja para el paquete y actualizarlo mensualmente.
  • Proporcionar información de costos relevante para habilitar la capitalización de activos.
  • Realizar ingeniería de valor según sea necesario para obtener la mejor solución para el Cliente.

Adquisiciones

  • Asistir en el desarrollo de la estrategia de adquisiciones del paquete.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el departamento de adquisiciones del Cliente.
  • Apoyar el proceso de licitación del paquete.
  • Asegurar que se emita la información técnica correcta a los proveedores para la licitación.
  • Realizar revisión técnica de las respuestas a la licitación.
  • Apoyar la evaluación general de las respuestas y la selección del proveedor.
  • Asegurar que el contrato de construcción esté en su lugar antes de emitir la orden de compra.

Programa

  • Asistir en el desarrollo del programa maestro integrado.
  • Asegurar que se mantenga actualizado y en camino para el paquete relevante.

Cambios de Alcance y Variaciones

  • Responsable de gestionar cualquier variación al contrato del paquete.
  • Identificar y resaltar cualquier cambio de alcance al Gerente de Proyecto.
  • Seguir los procesos relevantes de variación y cambio de alcance.

Calidad

  • Asegurar que el diseño cumpla con los estándares de calidad.
  • Trabajar con el equipo técnico para lograr que no haya impacto en la calidad.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de operaciones y marca en la estética del edificio.

Implementación

  • Asistir al sitio semanalmente durante la implementación.
  • Revisar el progreso en comparación con el programa para asegurar que el proyecto esté en camino.
  • Supervisar y apoyar la puesta en marcha del paquete.
  • Asegurar que los proveedores tengan la información necesaria para llevar a cabo sus trabajos contratados.
  • Viajar para asistir a FAT e inspecciones previas a la entrega según sea necesario.
  • Apoyar durante el proceso de cierre de pendientes.

Habilidades:

  • Reglamentos de Salud y Seguridad y CDM 2017.
  • Gestión de Proyectos.
  • Gestión de Costos.
  • Gestión de Cronogramas.
  • Experiencia en Cambios de Alcance.
  • Experiencia en la Industria de Destilación / Cervecería.
  • Coordinación de Equipos de Diseño.
  • Capacidad para influir en el diseño de terceros para cumplir con los requisitos del Cliente.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Licencia de conducir para viajar al sitio.

Educación:

  • Calificaciones en Arquitectura / Ingeniería Civil / Ingeniería Estructural.
  • Calificaciones en Gestión de Proyectos como AMP o similares.
  • Calificaciones en Salud y Seguridad como NEBOSH o similares.
