Civil Package Lead Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Package Lead to join our team at First Recruitment Group - IT Careers. As a Civil Package Lead, you will be responsible for leading the civils workpackage and ensuring the successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Technical, Environmental, Risk & Compliance etc.) to ensure the smooth delivery of the project.
  • Supplier Management: Manage and coordinate with package suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Documentation Management: Ensure project documentation is stored in the project folder as per file structure.
  • Health and Safety: Prioritize H&S during the Design & Implementation phases and ensure suppliers are providing information to update Engineering H&S Stats.
  • Communication: Attend and support HAZOP's, HAZDEM and HAZOP's etc, and contribute to the overall project H&S strategy.
  • Reporting: Update Engineering Project Manager on a weekly basis and provide monthly status reports.

Requirements:

  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Health and Safety: Strong understanding of health and safety principles and practices.
