About Us
Medacs Healthcare is honored to play a crucial role in executing a new Functional Assessment Services contract for the UK Department for Work and Pensions.
This contract encompasses the execution of over 3.5 million health and disability evaluations across the nation over a span of five years.
Your Role
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Quality Assurance Auditor within our Clinical Quality Department. In this position, you will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with our contractual quality standards and delivering results that align with our clients' needs.
As a Quality Assurance Auditor, your responsibilities will include conducting clinical evaluations of PIP assessment reports generated by our Clinical Assessors. Through these evaluations, you will pinpoint areas requiring refinement and improvement, offering valuable insights to elevate the quality of our assessments.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you must be a fully qualified and registered occupational therapist, nurse, physiotherapist, or paramedic, with a minimum of 12 months of post-approval experience as a Clinical PIP Assessor.
Your comprehensive understanding of relevant assessment criteria will empower you to effectively evaluate a diverse array of reports addressing various health conditions, providing clear feedback to support the continuous development of our clinical assessors.
Key Attributes
Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. You should be fully registered with a pertinent UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, or equivalent), without any restrictions or conditions, and possess a valid PIN.
A current, full driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred, although not mandatory due to the location of our assessment centers.

- Demonstrable clinical quality and effectiveness
- Experience in feedback, peer review, audit methodology, and/or impartial review
- Ability to identify and propose innovative solutions to enhance training delivery and best practices
