Key Responsibilities:
- Act as IATF Lead Auditor and oversee maintenance processes
- Serve as ISO 14001 Lead Auditor
- Design, implement, and manage quality control systems to ensure continuous production/service that meets established standards and customer specifications.
- Supervise the quality assurance team’s activities and performance.
- Identify, analyze, and rectify quality and process issues through corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct audits, generate audit reports, and suggest modifications to production processes based on findings.
- Collaborate with customer auditors to ensure compliance with specifications and execute corrective actions.
- Establish and monitor quality performance metrics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant quality standards (such as ISO 9001) and industry regulations.
- Prepare and present quality reports and improvement plans to senior management.
- Facilitate proactive solutions by analyzing quality data.
- Review and update current standards and policies, maintaining comprehensive records of quality reports and statistical analyses.
- Engage with external quality assurance officers during inspections.
- Lead training sessions for staff on quality improvement strategies and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- HNC (CAE) in Mechanical Engineering
- Certification as a Lead Auditor for IATF and ISO 14001
