Fujifilm Corporation seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our products and processes. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance systems and procedures, as well as conducting audits and inspections to verify compliance.
Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Analyze data and identify trends related to product quality and process performance.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and process efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, such as SOPs, reports, and records.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of quality assurance principles.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline preferred.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance systems and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced degree in a scientific discipline preferred.
- Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Previous experience with organizational change management initiatives.
