Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Specialist to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As an NHS 111 Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our Health Advisors, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Delivery
    • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new starters, including induction and foundation bay training.
    • Develop and deliver bespoke workshops for Health Advisors, focusing on NHS Pathways and in-house training.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Comply with NHS Pathways Quality Assurance Process to audit all training programs.
    • Ensure all training materials and resources are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Coaching and Support
    • Provide coaching and support to new staff in their Statutory and Mandatory training requirements.
    • Support colleagues in coaching and foundation bay.
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor and report on training program effectiveness, including pass rates and feedback.
    • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance training programs.

Requirements

  • Qualifications
    • NHSP trainer qualification.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 6 months call handling experience using NHS Pathways.
    • Experience of training delivery and quality assurance.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
