What You Will Get:

  1. An hourly rate of £11.48 (during training and daytime shifts); £14.27 (contractual night rate) and £14.77 (red zone weekend rate - subject to T&Cs).
  2. 33 days annual leave, increasing with service up to 36 days per year, including bank holidays.

We have extensive training courses and assessments to learn a state-of-the-art triage tool called NHS Pathways. You must attend every training day. This is followed by a further eight weeks of support before you are signed off as a fully accredited/licensed Pathways Health Advisor.
