Lead the Charge at Gourmet Burger Kitchen
We're on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our crew. As a natural leader with a passion for food and a knack for bringing out the best in people, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating your colleagues to deliver exceptional service and keep our customers coming back for more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Team: Support the management team by leading and motivating your colleagues to deliver excellent service and maintain high standards.
- Be Hands-On: Get stuck in with everything from serving customers to assisting in the kitchen—show your team how it's done
- Maintain High Standards: Ensure that every aspect of service meets Gourmet Burger Kitchen's high standards, from the quality of the food to the cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Support Operations: Help with the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including managing shifts, keeping an eye on stock, and ensuring everything is running smoothly.
- Customer Focus: Ensure every customer has a fantastic experience, resolving any issues quickly and with a smile.
