About the Role

As a key member of our Insurance Sales team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and maximizing profitability for both our company and clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure client satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records and forecasting data in our CRM system.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our company's footprint within existing accounts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic account planning.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on strategic sales planning and support sales meetings and product presentations.
  • Provide thought leadership, business expertise, guidance, and best practices to the organization relating to your assigned market.

Requirements:

  • Have a good understanding of the insurance industry and market trends, with experience working with vehicle data and its application within the insurance market.
  • Have knowledge of the UK distribution dynamics, including software houses and price comparison websites.
  • Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to collaborate and interact effectively with internal and external clients.
  • Be able to develop and implement strategic account plans.
  • Have exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate and interact effectively with multiple teams.
