About the Role

As a Membership Experience Host, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our valued members and guests. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, fostering member satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our fitness community.

  • Enhance Member Experiences: Your passion for providing outstanding service will shine as you interact with members, address their inquiries, and ensure they feel valued and supported throughout their journey.
  • Drive Membership Growth: You'll actively contribute to membership sales and retention by showcasing the benefits of our club and guiding potential members through the enrollment process.
  • Maintain a Pristine Environment: You'll take pride in upholding high cleanliness standards, ensuring that our facilities are always welcoming and inviting for everyone.
  • Operational Excellence: You'll be a reliable key holder, covering shifts as needed and demonstrating your commitment to operational efficiency.
  • Software Proficiency: Your expertise with our membership software system will enable you to efficiently manage member information and transactions.
  • Fitness Enthusiast: You'll stay informed about our latest fitness challenges, class offerings, and gym floor focus areas, actively participating in them to embody our commitment to wellness.
  • Team Collaboration: You'll work closely with the Fitness Manager and team members to ensure smooth gym floor operations and a positive member experience.
  • Product Knowledge: You'll possess a thorough understanding of our products and services, enabling you to effectively recommend solutions to members.
  • Sales Acumen: You'll be driven to achieve secondary spend KPI targets, contributing to the financial success of the club.
  • Member Advocacy: You'll address member concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating any issues to the relevant manager for resolution.
