We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team as a Community Healthcare Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, promoting health and wellbeing, and supporting our team in delivering excellent services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to patients, healthcare professionals, and the community
- Develop and implement patient care plans to improve health outcomes and quality of life
- Collaborate with our team to deliver a range of healthcare services, including medication management, health checks, and disease prevention programs
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new services and initiatives to meet the evolving needs of our community
- Support and mentor junior team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
Requirements
- MPharm degree or equivalent
- Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
