About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Design Specialist to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating seamless user experiences that are meaningful, accessible, and desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, edit, upload, and schedule content for multiple channels, including websites, apps, and emails.
  • Create and/or resize artwork and animations for web and other channels.
  • Work collaboratively with other digital designers in a fast-paced environment to achieve results and meet deadlines.
  • Adopt a data-driven design approach that thrives on validation of key decisions and rationale.
  • Share a strong understanding of digital design best practices.
  • Work closely with our design system guidelines in Figma to ensure assets are consistent as established by the product design team.
Requirements
  • A collaborative designer with a solid track record of using their initiative to achieve results.
  • A motivated and enthusiastic self-starter with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Understanding of mobile design and device optimization.
  • Experience in eCommerce platforms and CMS systems such as Amplience would be advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A pro-active attitude in demonstrating ways to constantly improve customer experience.
  • Demonstrate a knowledge of digital design best practices.
  • Portfolio demonstrating clean and professional web/mobile/digital design.
