We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Designer to join our team at Frasers Group. As a Digital Designer, you will play a key role in creating seamless user experiences that are meaningful, accessible, and desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Design, edit, upload, and schedule content for multiple channels, including websites, apps, and emails.
- Create and/or resize artwork and animations for web and other channels.
- Work collaboratively with the other digital designers in a fast-paced environment to achieve results and meet deadlines.
- Adopt a data-driven design approach that thrives on validation of key decisions and rationale.
- Share a strong understanding of digital design best practices.
- Work closely to our design system guidelines in Figma to ensure assets are consistent as established by the product design team.
- A collaborative designer who has a solid track record of using their initiative in order to achieve results.
- A motivated and enthusiastic self-starter with excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Understanding of mobile design and device optimization.
- Experience in eCommerce platforms and CMS systems such as Amplience would be advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A pro-active attitude in demonstrating ways to constantly improve customer experience.
- Demonstrate a knowledge of digital design best practices.
- Portfolio demonstrating clean and professional web/mobile/digital design.
- A 4-1 flexible working pattern, with 1 day from home each week.
