About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Designer to join our team at Frasers Group. As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating seamless user experiences that are meaningful, accessible, and desirable. You will work collaboratively with our team to design, edit, upload, and schedule content across our websites, apps, and emails.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new artwork templates and landing pages in our CMS.
  • Support senior designers with optimization through testing and data-driven design approaches.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve results and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work closely with our design system guidelines in Figma to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Develop a strong understanding of digital design best practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar design role.
  • A collaborative designer with a solid track record of using their initiative to achieve results.
  • A motivated and enthusiastic self-starter with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Understanding of mobile design and device optimization, as well as experience in eCommerce platforms and CMS systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude in demonstrating ways to constantly improve customer experience.
