About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Designer to join our team at Frasers Group. As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating seamless user experiences that are meaningful, accessible, and desirable.

Our team vision is to deliver commercial growth across household name brands, and we are looking for a talented individual who can help us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, edit, upload, and schedule content across our websites, apps, and emails.
  • Design new artwork templates and landing pages in the CMS.
  • Support senior designers with optimization through testing.
  • Work collaboratively with the digital design team to achieve results and meet deadlines.
  • Adopt a data-driven design approach that thrives on validation of key decisions and rationale.
  • Share a strong understanding of digital design best practices.
  • Work closely with our design system guidelines in Figma to ensure assets are consistent.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar design role.
  • A collaborative designer with a solid track record of using their initiative to achieve results.
  • A motivated and enthusiastic self-starter with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Understanding of mobile design and device optimization.
  • Experience in e-commerce platforms and CMS systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude in demonstrating ways to constantly improve customer experience.
  • Demonstrate a knowledge of digital design best practices.
  • Portfolio demonstrating clean and professional web/mobile/digital design.
