About the Role
The Junior Digital Designer will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team at Frasers Group, a leading retail company that is redefining the industry through digital innovation and unique store experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, edit, upload, and schedule content for multiple channels, including websites, apps, and emails, to create seamless user experiences that are meaningful, accessible, and desirable.
- Work collaboratively with the digital design team to achieve results and meet deadlines, adopting a data-driven design approach that thrives on validation of key decisions and rationale.
- Develop a strong understanding of digital design best practices and work closely with the product design team to ensure consistency with the design system guidelines in Figma.
- Regularly update content on our websites and apps via CMS, creating and/or resizing artwork and animations for web and other channels.
- Collaborate with the team to elevate the retail experience for our consumers through our collection of established brands, including Sports Direct, FLANNELS, USC, Frasers, and GAME.
Requirements
- A collaborative designer with a solid track record of using their initiative to achieve results.
- A motivated and enthusiastic self-starter with excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Understanding of mobile design and device optimization, as well as experience in eCommerce platforms and CMS systems such as Amplience.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude in demonstrating ways to constantly improve customer experience.
- Demonstrate a knowledge of digital design best practices and a portfolio demonstrating clean and professional web/mobile/digital design.
