Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Overview:
National Business Communications is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the recruitment process and identify top talent to support our business objectives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain the best candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business needs, including job postings, social media advertising, and employee referrals.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our recruitment strategies.
- Design and implement engaging job postings and recruitment materials that showcase our company culture and values.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Negotiate with candidates to secure the best possible compensation packages and benefits.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven track record of success in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment data and develop insights to inform recruitment strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and social media platforms, with a strong understanding of their applications in recruitment.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends, with a commitment to staying up-to-date on the latest developments.
