Key Responsibilities:

- Onboarding new clients and facilitating their initial orders.

- Collaborating with sales and customer relations teams to ensure seamless onboarding.

- Maintaining and updating customer relationship management (CRM) data.

- Conducting research to identify and qualify potential trade clients.

- Making outbound calls to present promotional offers to trade clients.

- Generating leads and creating opportunities for the sales teams.

Qualifications:

- A proactive and determined approach.

- Strong understanding of commercial dynamics.

- Proven experience in outbound calling and lead generation.

- Self-driven and well-organized.

- Proficient with technology and possessing strong interpersonal skills.
