Senior Commercial Insurance Broker Opportunity

Our award-winning client, a rapidly expanding commercial insurance brokerage in Lincolnshire, is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Insurance Broker to join their dynamic team.

About Our Client:

The Role:

As a Senior Commercial Insurance Broker, you will manage high-value accounts and play a key role in the firm's ongoing expansion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a portfolio of commercial clients with large policies (£50,000+ premiums)
  • Conducting in-depth risk assessments for complex business needs
  • Negotiating with insurers to secure best-in-class terms
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong client and insurer relationships

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a proven commercial insurance broker with experience in managing high-value accounts and a strong track record of success. You will have:

  • Experience with premiums of £50,000 and above
  • Proficiency in Acturis (highly desirable)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • CII qualified or working towards qualification
