Job Opportunity

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team. As a commercial Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on property matters, working closely with clients to understand their needs and delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to assess property conditions and identify potential issues
  • Provide detailed reports and recommendations to clients, highlighting areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement property strategies, ensuring alignment with their business goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance client services

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Building Surveyor in a commercial property environment
  • Strong understanding of property law, regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet client needs
