Commercial Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor with a commercial background to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for surveying commercial properties across Cornwall and surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a highly autonomous and rewarding role where you will be heading up the surveying of commercial properties. You will be travelling to various sites, on the road roughly 3 days a week, and then have the chance to take on an Assistant to build a team around you.

Our client is a reputable property specialist with a strong reputation in the industry. They pride themselves on their high level of service to clients throughout their history and are looking to continue their organic growth with this brand new position.

This role would suit a Building Surveyor looking to play a big part in the growth of a family-feel company. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

  • Surveying commercial properties
  • Travelling to sites across Cornwall and surrounding areas
  • Opportunity to take on an Assistant and begin growing your team
  • Monday to Friday, flexible hours and hybrid working given

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Building Surveyor qualification / Chartered RICS
  • Commercial background
